We understand that when engaging with a recruitment partner, you're counting on us delivering key team members to support your business long-term. This is why we've amended our T&Cs to give you peace of mind.
> If someone you hire through us doesn't work out for your business up to 4 months in, we strive to find you a replacement candidate for the position, free of charge.
> If someone you hire through us leaves within 6 months, we will find a replacement for the position at a 50% reduced rate.
